Carnival Adult Volunteer Sign Up

Carnival is Friday, April 16th! We need over 225 adult and teen volunteers to make this a successful event! Please use this form to sign up to help the night of carnival.

We ask that you specify the teacher of your youngest (or only) child since that is an easy way to track families and avoid contacting families with multiple kids more than once.
